Can I claim my costs for air travel?
Yes, you can travel to the summer school by plane and reclaim your costs from HDR UK once we have notified you that your profile has been set up on the financial system. For the full list of eligible costs for reimbursement, please consult the attached expense policy.
Do I have to stay in the Sandman Hotel?
If you live in Newcastle or are comfortable commuting every day, we kindly ask you to opt to stay in your own home and leave the hotel bookings to attendees travelling from further away.
